Supervised handover at Bole International Airport. Flight manifest filed with authorities. Sponsor confirms safe receipt at destination.

First 90 days monitored closely. Weekly phone contact with the worker. Monthly coordination call with the sponsor household.

Monthly welfare check-ins continue for the full duration of the contract. 24-hour hotline active. Mediation and safe return arranged if ever needed.
