Sourcing & Intake

Days 1–3

Field broker submits the candidate with verified ID, kebele letter, and family consent. Initial eligibility check and registration in our system.

Screening & Profile

Days 4–7

In-depth background interview, skills assessment, language level evaluation, and the agency CV is compiled. Profile photography and biometric registration.

Training & Orientation

Weeks 2–5

Pre-departure orientation at a TVET partner centre: household skills, Arabic basics, Saudi cultural norms, worker rights education, and emergency procedures.

Medical (GAMCA / Wafid)

Week 6

Full medical examination at an accredited GAMCA center. Results uploaded to the Wafid system. Validity period tracked to the day.

Passport & Attestation

Weeks 7–9

Passport secured if not already held. MoLS work permit obtained, MoFA authentication completed, police clearance and yellow card issued.

Sponsor Match

Weeks 9–10

A Saudi partner recruitment office reviews the candidate CV against the household requirements. Employer selects candidate; offer letter is signed.

Musaned Contract

Week 11

Employment contract registered on the Musaned platform in both Arabic and Amharic. Both employer and worker acknowledge and sign the terms.

Weeks 12–13

Enjaz application submitted. Visa stamped at the Royal Saudi Embassy in Addis Ababa. Final attestations and travel document verification.

Week 14
