Primary operating license for foreign employment agency services. Renewed annually. Permits sourcing, training, and placement of domestic workers for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Registration with MoFA for authentication and attestation of employment documents. Required for passport processing and embassy liaison.
Saudi Embassy · Addis Ababa
Verified agency status with the Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Addis Ababa. Authorized for visa processing and Enjaz applications.
Musaned & Wafid Platforms
Active registration on Saudi Musaned (contract management) and Wafid (medical clearance) platforms. All contracts and medicals processed digitally.

Full compliance with Proclamation No. 1156/2019 governing overseas employment. All worker protections, fee prohibitions, and documentation requirements observed.
Saudi Labour Law
Contracts comply with the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations. All placements registered through official Musaned channels.
Zero Worker Fees
No placement fees charged to workers under any circumstance. This is both Ethiopian law and our absolute policy. Workers pay nothing.
Bilingual Contracts
Every employment contract provided in Arabic and Amharic. Workers understand and acknowledge every term before signing.
Welfare Monitoring
Monthly check-ins for all active placements. 24-hour hotline in three languages. Documented mediation and safe-return protocols.
Data Protection
All worker personal data, biometrics, and medical records stored securely. Access limited to authorized personnel. No data sharing with third parties.
