Every commitment we make to a Saudi household and to an Ethiopian family rests on six practices. None can be skipped. None can be rushed.

Verified Identity

Every candidate is matched against her national ID, kebele records, and biometric registry. No duplicate submissions. No false ages. No exceptions.

Documented Journey

From sourcing through arrival, every step is timestamped, signed, and archived. Medical, MoLS, MoFA, embassy, Musaned — one ledger, end to end.

Trained, Both Ways

Workers receive Arabic basics, Saudi household norms, and rights education. Employers receive an honest brief on Ethiopian culture, faith, and dignity expected in return.

Welfare Without End

Monthly check-ins for the duration of the contract. A 24-hour hotline in Amharic, Oromo, and Arabic. Mediation that protects without inflaming.

Our offices are in Addis Ababa with regional broker networks in Oromia, Amhara, Sidama, and SNNPR. We answer to the embassies. We carry our own license.

The Twelve Stages

Every placement, the same careful sequence.

From a young woman in Bokomure to a household in Riyadh, no step is skipped. Each stage is signed off by a named officer and visible to the families on both sides.

Sourcing & Intake

Field broker submits the candidate with verified ID, kebele letter, and family consent.

Days 1–3

Screening & Profile

Background interview, skills assessment, language level, and agency CV compiled.

Days 4–7

Training & Orientation

Pre-departure orientation, household skills, Arabic basics, and rights education.

Weeks 2–5

Medical (GAMCA / Wafid)

Full medical at an accredited center. Results uploaded to Wafid.

Week 6

Passport & Attestation

Passport secured, MoLS work permit, MoFA authentication, police clearance.

Weeks 7–9

Sponsor Match

Saudi partner office reviews the CV; offer letter signed.

Weeks 9–10

Musaned Contract

Contract registered on Musaned in Arabic and Amharic.

Week 11

Visa & Enjaz

Enjaz application, visa stamping at the Saudi embassy in Addis Ababa.

Weeks 12–13

Pre-Flight Briefing

Final orientation, insurance enrollment, emergency contacts confirmed.

Week 14

Departure & Arrival

Bole airport handover, manifest filed, sponsor confirms receipt.

Week 15

Probation & Settlement

First 90 days monitored closely. Weekly contact with worker.

Months 1–3
